Minitab's capabilities include a good visual presentation of data, a wide range of statistical data analysis types, and a practical data analysis approach.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's very different from Excel (something that everyone is familiar with), so a user must undergo training. Also, Minitab can cater to various types of data analysis, but there are still some types that Minitab is not capable of. It's only limited to analysis variable data.

It really helps us in the industry when it comes to data analysis and claims justification. It increased our confidence in the data that we present and utilize.
