What are the best aspects of this product?

The program got a simple interface but offers a plethora of tools and capabilities like recovering data on CD or DVD disc, recovering multimedia files, recovering partitions, retrieving partitions at its RAW format, etc. On top of that, the program is designed for average users which mean even users with less knowledge about technology will not have a hard time learning how to use the tool. I, myself, don’t have much knowledge in technology but was able to retrieve the lost files I need with ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I handle and take care of numerous photos of different formats and file types. Everything is saved on the external hard drive. Unfortunately, it is pretty difficult to keep everything on its good shape. The partition gets damaged and I often loss data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MiniTool Power Data Recover was recommended to me by a co-worker and since using this tool, I started to worry less about losing a file. It is effective and really useful.
