What are the best aspects of this product?

Through this app, I was able to recover so many lost files and info like images, documents, vids, etc. It's also intuitive since I can select which partition to look for when recovering. It can even do a recovery of an entire partition who becaome unaccessible due to some error. While it can recover files of great sizes, MiniTool Power data recovery itself is a lightweight program, which is good.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If it were up to me, I would like to add a function where a startup disk can be created so that the OS can still boot up in case of some type of malfunction.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has been a useful product for us since we purchased it because we were able to quickly recover files due to accidental deletion and errors, thus averting major problems. In fact, we were able to access information on one disk which was converted to RAW format by reverting it to previous file format.
