What are the best aspects of this product?

Everything is pretty strighforward here: download, installation, and even the user-interface and recovery process. This is very useful because if you ever lose files thanks to accident and errors, you are given advanced options for recovering them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First of all, the program is not avaialable for the Linux OS which is a bummer. The free trial version provides you with 1GB of data to recover which might be enough for some people. But for us who deal with huge volumes of data, it's not enough to actually test the system and see if it's good for us. Increased amount of data to recover on trial would be good.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've already tried a bunch of data recovery software specially when restoring files from my flash drive and I can guarantee that this one is the best so far. I've even given up on some of my files but it still was able to recover them.
