What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool gives me the ability to bring everything back to normal with just a few clicks. It got a very user-friendly interface which makes it easier to recover deleted or lost files from inaccessible/damaged/lost/formatted USB Drive, SATA/SCSI/IDE, external hard drive as well as DVD/CD.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of recovering data is quite slow. Not ideal for quick file recovery. But overall, this tool works fairly well and reliable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us recover the files we accidentally deleted or are damaged as well as files in an installed windows system.
