What are the best aspects of this product?

First, it has a very simple and easy to navigate interface and the functionalities are also easy to use. Second, it offers a wide array of incredible features. I specifically like the advance filter option because it makes it easier to find lost files. I also love the ability to make bootable CD/DVDs or flash drives. Third, I can use it to recover different file types including photos, word documents, and audio. Lastly, finding and recovering list files is as easy as 1-2-3.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version only allows users to recover files of up to 1GB. Which mean if you lost more than 1GB worth of files, you cannot recover every single one of them so I just use the free version when recovering smaller files. Other than that, the tool is great. I’ll try to update this once I find more cons.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to recover files that I accidentally deleted from my SD cards, hard drives, and flash drives. With this tool, I am not afraid of crashing OS and losing data because there’s already a way to recover them.
