We use this tool to recover deleted files and it is pretty effective

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of recovering files. Whether the file has been accidentally deleted or lost, have been deleted from the recycling bin, have been infected by viruses, or was stored in an unreadable hard drives, it is still possible to salvage them with the aid of MiniTool. I also use this to retrieve data from removable media like USB drives, DVD, and CD. Generally, it’s my go-to data recovery tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If the system cannot access the disc containing the file that needs to be retrieved, it is impossible for the program to recover anything. And even if disc as well as the file can be accessed, the program takes too long searching for the data. Generally, however, this tool performs fairly well and I am able to rely on it when it comes to most of data recovery tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Losing data is almost inevitable at work. But unlike before, it is now easier to recover the lost data and worry less about it. I once accidentally deleted an important email and a file that needs to be downloaded. I used MiniTool and was able to find the deleted files easily. There was also a time when an important partition was converted to its RAW format. It contains an important work file which made me pretty annoyed. Thankfully, MiniTool is available to save the day. I was able to recover the partition seamlessly and access its content.
