What are the best aspects of this product?

After discovering Mirrorfly by another client and having discussions with the team, they built us our own chat in app. Their integration elevated our platform to a competent space, rich with the latest mirrorfly features, ensuring an enhanced Chat experience for our users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It'd be fantastic to see more AI-based features, although overall, it's an incredible platform.
