What are the best aspects of this product?
My favorite feature is the one with “easy search option with regards to issues and items search”. Other similar tools don't have such robust features thus, it helps me to get my issues prioritized during the search.

No automatic message sending option.
Sometimes there is a little delay in receiving message notifications.

increase no of participants in videoconferencing call

We use MirrorFly as our primary inter team communication tool. We have integrated a number of platforms that easily work within the tool as well as with in-platform call features. We have also created channels wherein, we can communicate product or department specific information. Even we have utilized it in a variety of social channels to share music, videos and lately, photos, and ideas.
