What are the best aspects of this product?

CONTUS Mirrorfly is a great solution for Chat API. Super easy to set up and it really helps to drive customer engagement. Documentation is fantastic, in just a few hours we were able to create a prototype app that could chat with users. We use CONTUS Mirrorfly Chat API to inform our audience of key deadlines and extension dates in the application process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The notification trigger messages are quite good, but could always be a little better.
