What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to say MMF salon software has a great pricing while their tools are useful enough, like Appointment calendar and campaign generator, which I use every day for my business. The highlight is they have the very fast response to any of problems I have while I am using the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software is so far so good and I hope they can add more new tools to the software, like some kind of All-in-one solution so that I don't need to search everywhere when I need a specific tool for my business.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More campaign templates for small salon beauty business, POS integration, and accept more payment method.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling appointments are becoming easier and it sends our discount info to our clients automatically every month.
