What are the best aspects of this product?
I've worked with a lot of third-party vendors before this one but I must say that Scalefusion stood out. In terms of support, I would say that their staff is well trained in solving even the most complex issues that we encountered.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The support team I think is based in India. That's why we have to adjust to their timezone so they could accommodate us right away.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Ever since I started using Scalefusion I really learned a lot of new things that I would like to share with everyone at the workplace. I may not be technically skilled but I'm proud to say that I learned how the app works and I realized the benefits that it brings to our company.
