What are the best aspects of this product?
Using Scalefusion is really useful to the business because we use it to keep company devices within our control. Every time a new batch of gadgets arrives we automatically enroll each of them to Scalefusion so we can install and update the devices in one sitting. It saves us a lot of time and effort to manage all the company phones that have been issued to different employees across other departments.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The app is not yet that perfect because we encounter some issues whenever the license gets expired. The good thing is that I was able to call support and ask about the issue. It took time for the rep to figure things out but I like the fact that he took ownership of the call. He was so patient in terms of asking me all the probing questions to determine the root cause of the problem. After a few hours, I am happy that things were sorted out and back to normal.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We see to it that all handheld devices and gadgets are utilized responsibly and for business purposes only. It also allows us to update each device automatically without having to ask the employees to turn in their phones to us in the meantime.
