Ease of use, simplicity, functionality, and the customer support team has been outstanding!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. I had one small issue and the customer service team solved it within 1 business day. There’s no room for problems with a team as responsive as you guys are!

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

N/A — haven’t used the program long enough

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My small businesses needed custom features and Matt was kind enough to establish a Monday plan that fit our budget and needs. He went above and beyond to help a brand new customer. Socialocca is super thankful for this!
