It is essential to note that virtually no app in the Learning Management System category will be a perfect solution that can meet all the needs of various company types, sizes and industries. It may be a good idea to read a few Moodle reviews first as some solutions might dominate just in a very narrow set of applications or be designed with a really specific type of industry in mind. Others might operate with an intention of being simple and intuitive and therefore lack complicated functions desired by more experienced users. You can also find apps that cater to a broad group of customers and offer a powerful feature base, however that frequently comes at a higher cost of such a service. Ensure you're aware of your requirements so that you choose a service that provides all the features you search for.

Pros:
Moodle was my working LMS while I was teaching in Pennsylvania, where I had the chance to use it for several years. As an instructor, I thought it was the most user-friendly platform I could possibly use, and the students' opinion was quite similar. We all liked it because it was customizable and simple to use. Back then, it used to be free, I think it is the same now.

Cons:
Moodle was still developing at the time, and they weren't paying special attention to customer support, at least not as one would expect from older LMSs, Blackboard for instance. I am confident this has changed nowadays. Another thing I'd like you to be careful about are HTML codes, they know to be tricky sometimes. Still, if you know what you're doing you won't mess up.

Pros:
Moodle is open source, and you don’t have to pay anything for it. I think that makes it the most popular Learning Management System in recent years! It is recommended by many outstanding companies and satisifed users, which is how I decided to get it at the first place. For more experienced among you, the software is mySQL and PHP based, which makes it more functional and customizable than many other LMSs you might be considering now.

Cons:
It is perfect for me, but it took me a while to learn how to use it. Wasn't user-friendly at the beginning, but that changed, to my relief. No, I can't say it is easy at all...unless you're an expert, get ready to spend hours contacting strangers and watching YouTube tutorials!
