Affordable but yields wonderful results

What are the best aspects of this product?

We’ve been choosing through many other email marketing platform tools but nothing has satisfied our demands. Fortunately, we’ve stumbled upon Moosend which is delivering every feature and functionality that we need at a very affordable price. Moosend is also improving continuously because of its regular updates that carry new features. It also has a fantastic user interface with a basic layout and is very convenient for use. And oh, its customer support team responses to all our queries quickly and efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope it would show us the value that customers have delivered after they click on our emails. Say, a customer clicks on a link that we’ve inserted in an email we’ve sent, and then he has ordered on our site. A metric that would show the price of his order would be helpful. I haven’t found any other email marketing tool that has this feature. Other than this suggestion, there is no other negative thing to say about this great product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Moosend allows us to smoothly go on with our email marketing efforts. It helps us save a significant amount of cash from monthly charges too.
