Feedback on Moosend email management tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

A business tech group strongly suggested me to use Moosend, and I have no regrets after trying the tool. It carries more features and has a higher delivery rate than other common emailing systems, but it is far more affordable as well. Moosend also lets me enjoy great user experience because of its ease of use and continuously improving features. Now, I’m planning to completely stop using our old emailing system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Moosend has tons of features, that’s why I need to navigate through a few options when sending emails. This is somehow inconvenient when we need to send emails in an instant. That’s why I wish there’d be a rush or express sending options in the tool. Other than this, I have noticed no other problem with Moosend.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Moosend is an efficient time saver because it is a very intuitive platform. There are many options that allow me to automate various processes, which is great since I do not need to manually execute them anymore. Moosend is also a budget-friendly choice because it is more affordable than other emailing platforms.
