What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m happy that I’ve found Moosend for creating my very first newsletter campaign. It has excellent automated features that have helped me optimize all the contents I create. Moosend allows me to insert all necessary details and design for my campaign to yield great results, despite me being a newbie in creating newsletters. In addition, this comes in a free package deal, which is perfect for our small not for profit group with a small budget. This platform is helping us to scale a lot, especially for improving our services and operations for people with disabilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I often stumble on mistakes because the interface doesn’t have a scroll bar on its left side. This makes it somehow difficult for me to get particular results that I want or need at a given moment. Although, I find the CTRL+Z function very handy on such instances.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We’ve experienced difficulties in raising funds since the pandemic has hit the world. Moosend has allowed us to gear our fundraising efforts through professional digital marketing techniques that work. And we do not need to spend big on it because Moosend is a free tool. This is a perfect solution for us since we do not have enough finances to form a dedicated digital marketing team or hire an agency for the job. Amazingly, this also helps us in spreading and acquiring valuable information. After all, we are already at an age of having highly accessible information, and Moosend helps us optimize such benefits to help others.
