What are the best aspects of this product?

Making an email template has become faster, and our newsletters now look very professional and cool. This makes client communication super smooth, despite our specialty being raw data process. As a result, our quarterly newsletters for financial planning to clients have improved. Smartly enough, the tool also lets us insert a link in our emails that clients can easily follow with a click. This is great for delivering tons of traffic to our site, which translates to an increase in conversion rates and sales.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve found the templates for financial advisers very insufficient. I hope Moosend would include more than 5 templates for each industry; such as for finances, construction and restaurants among others. Also, I experience some problems when saving personalized templates. A custom template that I’ve supposedly saved questionably disappears when I logged back in. I hope template saving would become more automatic.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the help of professional newsletters, Moosend helps us stay connected with clients as the pandemic crisis goes on. It lets us put more emphasis on our financial planning job as well.
