Superb platform with trustworthy support staff

What are the best aspects of this product?

Moosend offers enticing pricing such as letting us run small email campaigns for free. The support staff is all professional in helping us sort out problems too; even in the free package.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are moments when I’m confused about whether I’m editing a template for a specific campaign or if I’m tweaking the general template. A label somewhere in the interface would be useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Moosend is helpful for managing and sending newsletters to all of our clients easily. And this is certainly a terrific advantage for our marketing efforts.
