What are the best aspects of this product?

The free package of Moosend already carries all features that I need for emailing, campaigns and forms. Also, Moosend has a stellar team of user support that is comprised of responsive and professional staff. They always guide me when I need help for tweaking the spam proof, preparing forms, as well as for automating processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are moments when the editor doesn’t show when I need to change something in the campaigns or forms. However, I have observed that it shows back up when I switch to the mobile view then back to the desktop view. Moreover, the mailing list doesn’t come with a search engine, which makes it quite difficult to find specific contact details instantly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Moosend helps me attract more people to register on my site. It is also useful in preparing and sending different content to my clients, which is great leverage as a leadership coach. It helps me stay connected with them.
