What are the best aspects of this product?
The ability to reward employees for a particular item is just amazing. There’s no need for any approval processes from the management to grant rewards. I also like that it gives us a choice to provide a certain amount of rewards. Also, being able to choose from different GCs as a reward makes this tool so exciting. Motivating employees through this program is easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
This is not actually a big deal, but I think it would be better if Motivosity allows users to give funds in intervals. I want to give a higher fund value to top performers in the team as they deserve to get big rewards. I think it would be unfair for them to equally distribute the fund even if others don’t actually contribute much effort.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool is pretty awesome when it comes to recognizing and appreciating employees, especially if you have no time to thank or congratulate them for doing a great job. It also provides me a clear overview of what’s happening among employees and who is being appreciated through a weekly report. Everyone can benefit from this tool as they feel their effort is being recognized and appreciated.
