What are the best aspects of this product?

As a company that runs multiple branches across the city, it is important to me that I monitor the accomplishments of my employees on a regular basis. Achieving a smooth communication with different offices is even a challenge. Motivosity helps me address these issues. Now, I am able to see the latest updates about my employees’ accomplishments and projects while recognizing their efforts and giving them rewards.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We can place any amount of dollars for the rewards, and the values tend to be used up when I recognize people too fast. Also, others don’t like the daily notifications, but I am glad that it can be muted, so it’s not actually a biggie.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As the head of the team, it is my responsibility to provide feedback to those that I’ve given recognitions. The platform assists me in recognizing employees’ accomplishments and help me realize when do I made those recognitions.
