What are the best aspects of this product?
Motivosity makes it easy to recognize employees for their achievements and efforts done for the company. I also appreciate that it sends notifications, so I can give feedback to those that I recognized before and see other people’s comments placed there. It has reminders found at the top so that I can stay updated on my previous recognitions.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Due to the hectic schedule and piles of work waiting for me, going to the platform and recognizing team members can be easily forgotten. I wish the GCs provide more options as well or just allow the management to offer PTO or swag as rewards.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before we have this tool, we simply have “Employee of the Month” award to recognize employees—and it’s just like a popularity contest for the team. But with Motivosity, I can reward my direct reports and team members for a great job. Motivosity is the best tool to help managers realize the efforts of their team members to complete the assigned tasks.
