What are the best aspects of this product?

Since the time we used this tool, we are delighted with the way it encourages employees to do more and to feel motivated for their job. It is easy to use! Employees can send recognition to each other and place comments to express their appreciation. All activities are transparent, so I can view and realize the efforts exerted by employees for the success of the business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Motivosity is a great platform, and we don’t have problems using it. The only trouble is employees view it as a channel for popularity since they are given the capability to place comments and send appreciations. They can overuse it sometimes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The tool helps me stay completely in control of everything, from sending my appreciation to my peers to communicating with those who work remotely. No need to send letters or emails—everything is done fast and easy.
