Excellent software for all kinds of employees

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the interface, and it comes with great design. The social media integration is impressive, as well. The functionalities are emphasizing on recognizing and appreciating employees, and it’s providing a great way to motivate them. Unlike the other tools out there, Motivosity is cleaner and more user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I can customize notifications on the platform. I noticed that after I recognize an employee, I don’t receive any notifications when someone placed a comment on that particular recognition. I missed the happenings when the recipient commented back or when someone gives another feedback. I can only see them all when I log into the platform. It would be better if they add notification customization in future updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a company composed of on-site and remote employees, and achieving camaraderie among staff is a challenge. With Motivosity, we’re not only able to address issues pertaining to communication, but also able to give points to someone we want to recognize. Motivosity is an excellent motivator tool for a company composed of a large number of employees from different departments.
