What are the best aspects of this product?

As a manager of a recruiting and training company, I appreciate how Motivosity works for us. We face multiple clients every day, and we’re having difficulty recognizing all our employees due to time constraints. The software streamlines the recognition process, and it allows me to receive feedback from my peers, which I truly appreciate this time. I also love the ongoing training and education the platform provides to my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Motivosity has a feature that allows us to provide performance assessment and feedback, but we don’t use it. Maybe it has no use this time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business made some modifications to the number of employee engagement lately, and Motivosity plays a vital role in making it much easier for us. Its assistance helped snowball our engagement score!
