What are the best aspects of this product?
Motivosity is truly a game-changer, and I can’t thank this software enough for keeping the company values. Before we completely engaged in this software, we evaluate it first to know how it could effectively provide peer-to-peer recognition among our employees. We liked it and completely used it later as part of the business process. Employees are able to give appreciations to each other and give feedback once their co-workers did something great. The software gives us a fantastic environment to share recognition and provide awards to employees who perform best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are two things I noticed that I think the developers need to work on to improve user experience. First, the recent update on the interface makes it difficult to find the other features, like reporting. Second, there’s no Microsoft Teams interface, and I think having it there would make it much easier for our remote staff to give recognition.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Establishing a pleasant working environment and eliminating all the day-to-day negativities in the company have been given solution by Motivosity. It helps us appreciate one another and obtain our goals. People from different departments are now being recognized and appreciated, as well. Interest Map is an excellent tool for new employees who are looking for peers with the same interest as them. Personality Map feature, on the other hand, makes it easier for everyone to review co-workers’ personality and get ideas on how to work with them without any issue.
