What are the best aspects of this product?

Motivosity is an excellent tool that lets me see what task or project every department plans to work on, what’s in progress, and what has been done. The tool provides me another eye to all team members’ efforts. As the head of the company, I appreciate the help of Motivosity to our team, helping everyone engage and feel appreciated for their jobs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Among the things that I don’t like about this tool is that there’s no customization option for my recognition. Yes, the admins and other people can add awards, but simple users like us made us feel like our recognition options are quite restricted. I hope they’ll work on this in future updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Motivosity, communication among teams becomes smooth. It helps me understand both internal and external team members and their efforts, and recognize them for a job well done.
