What are the best aspects of this product?

What I dislike about this? Probably nothing. We recently started with Moz and we've already fixed a number of issues on our site! Thanks largely to its page SEO graders and crawl reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It so happens their backlink analysis isn't as thorough compared to other tools in the market. It appears that we're not getting much links with Moz. But then again, that's not really our main concern. Moz is a lot better in a number of ways.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our WordPress settings weren't correctly configured. We didn't have a no-index on image attachments or pagination. We're able to figure out how were ranked for specific terms. We get to find out ways in which we can enhance our rankings.
