Very easy to use. Not forced into a contract. We buy what we need, when we need it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing that I can't live with.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
The ability to just click from the main list specific people I want to contact vs. having to create a subgroup each time. We use Mozeo mainly for our remote employee messaging and different people received different communications.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We need to fill specific cases with our remote employees - sometimes for the same day. Using Mozeo, we create a message about which cases are opened with details. If the employees are interested in working they text back or call. We can fill the cases much more quickly with people who want them and also it's fairer since everyone gets notified regarding what's open. Before the same 2-3 dozen people out of 300 were getting called each week.
