What are the best aspects of this product?

Mozy is the most reliable backup platform that guarantees you don't lose a single file when backing up. Operating it is also simple. Most importantly, its systems are secure, keeping any breaches at bay.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The backing up, especially the scheduling, an be a bit tedious of a process. But if that's not fixable, I'm okay with it as long as it increases storage size.
