What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, MRI has a really solid team of experts to help its users out in case of issues. I love how I'm given the option either to call them or to simply file a ticket online. They're responsive and polite--two characteristics I always look for in customer reps. The data that MRI provides as a way for us to gain insight into the efficiency of our workflow is useful too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some tools need to be modified. For example, the system lags whenever I attempt to print out items from it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It integrates well with most of the software that we use. Through it, we can easily retrieve data and see whether we are handling our finances properly or not. Client data is easily accessible too.
