What got me instantly into MRI is its capability to integrate with numerous platforms. Another factor is the ease at which you use it. The interface is very intuitive, it didn't take days to be comfortable with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system can lag often especially when you are handling a handful of leasing tasks. Also, a mobile application would be advantageous.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

MRI pooled all work tasks in one place. This substantially saved us time and effort as we used to transfer from one platform to another multiple time in a day to get the job done.
