MRI is a key tool in managing your leasing business, especially if you have a large portfolio. Another plus for me is that it's really user-friendly even to newbies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few issues but not really deal breakers. For instance, it has a different way of integrating with other apps. And there are some redundant processes and commands.

It gives us operational efficiency in managing our business needs, from leasing to scheduling, renewing, etc.
