What are the best aspects of this product?
The default user interface is incredibely slick, well-optimised and modern, it runs perfectly and was easily picked up by all my employees. All levels of service supports muti-level BOMs, the ability to use different production resources and the ability to add images to items. This goes for both stocked items as well as non stocked. The business that I run was transformed by this program and improved the productivity of everyones workflow almost instantly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are very few problematic aspects that we have experienced, the only thing I can think of is large scale works in progress being slightly difficult to plan through the website, but with a quick email chain with my employees as well as the help from their customer support team this was resolved with great immediacy.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
There are very few ways this I can think of for this product to be improved, if anything I would only say that if the UI was more personally customisable it could be a nice gimmick-like feature.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The problems of timely working and efficiency were solved completely almost the second we signed on, this is due to the nature of the software making collaborations effortless amongt our international offices in Dubai and the States, we were able to define inventory stock locations with ease which allowed for the journey between supplier to customer to be completely effortless.
