PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product initially looks good and is easy to setup for admin accounts and clients

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app is filled with bugs, from meal templates not being shared, to broken thumbnails, random crashes and an exercise database that is filled with duplicates and mislabelled exercises that can only be seen to be faulty once added to a workout. From my IT experience, I wouldn't say this app is anywhere close to a public release, let alone charging over £200 for a basic subscription.

Beyond that, the support is useless and morally/legally dubious. They claim all transactions are B2B (they are not) and that they offer no refunds while having an automatic renewal system in place. Any reported bugs will just be added to a mysterious backlog, and bugs are then changed into a "feature request".

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The whole app is a mess. The interface is clunky. The app is categorically not fit for purpose as the exercise database is a complete mess. Even the basic timer in the app has issues in that it breaks the audio on your phone, stopping any audio even after it is dismissed. Everything about the product screams that it's made by a handful of half-competent developers and ran by someone looking to be able to tout a long list of features instead of being able to actually have any of these features work as intended.
