What are the best aspects of this product?

After using the product, we have encountered less errors in our processes. The routes are easy to edit and data import is convenient thanks to autocomplete feature where we don't have to retype an address previously entered.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I got issue about tolls. I was stuck on it for some time but got resolved later on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides us the best routes while allowing us to follow in real-time our deliveries' whereabouts.
