What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the best tool I've used when it comes to exporting and importing data because even on large volumes, it's hassle-free. It automatically keeps every previous routes as well which is cool. But the best feature for me is the optimization of stops. Really helpful for someone in the transport industry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks some toll-related functionalities. Also there are times when the app just automatically changes data, such as address, without notifying us first.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our accuracy in transporting goods have significantly improved. Simply input the the address you need to deliver to and MRO would give you the best route to take.
