PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how it's easy to enter or import data on bulk. It even keeps a record of all the saved routes which is useful whenever I need them later on. Their customer service is amazing as well because each time I ask for assistance, they quickly deliver. I also learned features that I didn't realize existed which is super helpful for my job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this time, there's nothing bad to say about this program for me. It's my fault actually because this tool has all the features I need but I failed to realize they're there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes our routing job less tedious. We are also treated to a better overall view of the service area within our reach because we can see every mapped address all at once. This helps us in becoming more efficient service-wise. I'm a long time user of this app and I suspect it'll remain that way for many years to come.
