Powerful but easy to use tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's both powerful and easy to use. Highly customizable as well. It helps us in planning the best route for our deliveries. The iphone app makes it a hundred times easier for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not much to not like here. The import function has room for improvement I guess.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this app, I save about one travel hour each day. It's because I can quickly plan the most optimal route to take for my 30 stops a day.
