What are the best aspects of this product?

I'm getting more than enough support that I needed whenever I encounter challenges in using the system. Also, it's easier for us to gather pledges using NB.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would always need to call for assistance whenever I try to make changes in our data membership list. The outcome looks different from the original format, and it becomes more difficult to read. I wish that NB could come up with a tutorial on how to fix this issue so I won't have to spend all afternoon working on fixing the format which is frustrating on my end to be quite honest.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are continuously running a campaign to put a stop to animal cruelty which is prevalent in our society. I am glad that there are a lot of people who are willing to be part of our advocacy.
