What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like about this app is its ability to gather personal information about the people who are active in participating in our monthly special events such as luncheons and dinners. We can know more information about our members which allows us to reach out to them regularly using different means of communication that include social media platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One of the major dislikes that I have about NB is it's challenging to use at most times. I want to organize our contact database into certain groups, and it took me a lot of time to figure out how to get things done. I use it to create a seating plan during special events, and the process is more complicated than I expected.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Planning for charity dinners is now easier on end with the help of NB. Its primary purpose is to bring our members together and keep them engaged in our organization at all times.
