What are the best aspects of this product?

NEO LMS commitment to steady and continual innovation in relation to user feedback! Ability to design lessons and assignments as I like using HTML Editor with images, video embeds, and file uploads. WYSIWYG MS Word copy and paste function into HTML Editor. Intuitive user-friendly layout with the portal carousel that rocks. Gradebook at year-end makes it super simple to figure out grades by ranking. My students are always impressed with my use of NEO LMS. They say it's better than our in-house system, and I'm at 3rd ranked liberal arts uni in South Korea. Many of my colleagues use it too, though as Individual users not linked by a common school.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Limited to no customer support for Individual Plans, only Enterprise Plans; I'd like a limited number of question/support tickets per year for Individual Plans.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

NEO LMS has a Suggestions page where I can add these requests 24/7/365.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Clunky Moodle site was replaced with sleek and stunning NEO LMS. No comparison. I've seen multiple friends of mine switch from Moodle to NEO LMS after seeing what I do with my classes.
