What are the best aspects of this product?

The dashboard is straightforward to understand and not complicated at all. System alerts are also sent in advance, giving you time to fix any issues and prevent downtime.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Limited integrations with other IT software which can be frustrating. We want to maximize Netcruch; however, some existing features seems to be not yet fully developed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Very easy to install, and assistance is available all the time. Also, you can set up system alerts so that you are always on top of things.
