It is easy for our team to oversee our servers' activity and our computers and database without the need to run multiple tracking apps in the background. Netcrunch is easy to learn, plus it does not require much space to use it 24/7. You can easily track downtime issues and address them right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Does not work well on all servers. There are times when computers with non-compatible servers would auto shut down while in the middle of performing its usual tasks.

Our team is more confident that they can do their job more effectively. Supporting close to a hundred computer devices is ain’t easy, but it is certainly doable with Net Crunch.
