What are the best aspects of this product?
The feature set is incredible, and very in-depth. It takes features that others may have, but expands them to actually make them useful and informative. Automatic corrective actions (instead of just alerts) to let you restart services, run scripts, etc. lets an experienced admin automate most of their daily tasks as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's overkill for smaller networks, say 10-20 devices.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A more feature-full remote probe would be nice, as well as configuration management.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It immediately showed us problems and slowdowns that other tools ignored, while also easily silencing or adjusting severity for others. Admin time is now freed for maintenance/upgrade projects instead of chasing issues after they happen.
