This app notifies us whenever there is something wrong with our system as a warning before it becomes critical. It also improved our process of checking our systems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they could improve on their tech support.

Because of the advanced notification of possible issues, we are now able to schedule downtimes on our system to fix it and make it less of a hassle for the end-users.
