Good for a small growing business, but there are better alternatives

What are the best aspects of this product?

Entirely cloud based. Seems fairly good for a small organization

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not great in the mid-market space. Needs a ton of customization, and some areas of customization are downright impossible.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better reporting. The report creation pretty much requires a degree in Netsuite to get what you need. Linking directly to the tables is impossible without an add-on that will cost you thousands of dollars. They seem to push you to use 3rd party software for anything more than very basic functionality, and any 3rd party integrations require extra user licenses. They will nickel and dime you into oblivion.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our PO process got a little more formal, but it is not an ideal Procure to Pay system. Their people will admit that they are lacking in that area.
