What are the best aspects of this product?

NetSuite has been around long enough for it to develop a smooth and efficient system. It covers all the basic functionalities that we need for our business, from inventory management all the way to sales analytics.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

NetSuite is constantly increasing their prices--soon enough, we might not be able to afford it anymore. Its data archiving feature is unnecessarily expensive despite all of its shortcomings too. This solution makes it practically impossible to switch to other solutions. Plus their upgrades seem to always have bugs. It would be nice if they vetted these properly before rolling them out. As the cherry on top, NetSuite's customer support could afford to be more attentive, or consistently reachable at the very least.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NetSuite helps us oversee our operations, and it stores a record of our transaction data too. We use this mostly as a data source for our business, but it does a good job of helping us manage our tasks too.
